Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line a 9'' by 13'' baking pan with parchment paper.
Using an electric stand mixer or an electric hand mixer, beat the tahini paste and Country Crock® Plant Butter together, on high speed, for about 1 minute. Add the sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla and salt, followed by flour. Mix until a batter forms.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and use an offset spatula to spread from corner to corner. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, make the dark chocolate ganache by adding the chocolate and plant butter to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate is melted.
Pour the ganache on top of the warm tahini bars and spread in an even layer. Chill until firm before cutting into 16 pieces.
