Instructions
Cut off bread crusts. Roll each slice flat using a rolling pin.
In a bowl, whisk melted Country Crock® Original Spread, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread onto each bread slice. Tightly roll up slices.
In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla. Dip each rolled-up slice in the mixture.
Melt Country Crock® in a non-stick skillet and pan-fry roll-ups until all sides are golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. Serve with more Country Crock® and maple syrup on top.
