Instructions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Transfer the defrosted and dry potatoes to a large bowl and add green onions, parmesan cheese, sea salt, cracked pepper, and olive oil. Stir until well combined.
Distribute the potato mixture into a well-sprayed muffin tin and press down
Bake 45 minutes
Add Country Crock Original Spread for topping along with green onions for garnish.
