Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread Original Spread
  • 1 cup crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups rainbow carrots, very thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups asparagus
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped fresh parsley for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of Country Crock© Original Spread and sauté the breakfast sausage, carrots, and asparagus together until the breakfast sausage is fully cooked and the vegetables are lightly softened. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, and salt together vigorously until smooth.
  4. Melt the other 2 tablespoons of Country Crock© Original Spread in the skillet. Pour in the Dutch Baby batter and top with the sausage and vegetable mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes.
  6. Top with parsley and enjoy!
