Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease an 18x13-inch baking sheet with Country Crock® Original Spread, set aside.
  3. For the sheet pan s’mores crust: In a large mixing bowl, add ground graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted Country Crock® Original Spread, mix together until well combined.
  4. Evenly spread the graham cracker mix on the baking sheet, and then press using the bottom of a measuring cup (or any flat bottom glass), until a flat, even and compact crust is formed.
  5. Bake for 12-13 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven, set aside and let cool completely.
  6. For the oven-baked s’mores’ chocolate filling: In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, about 4-5 minutes, until it thickens and begins to bubble.
  7. Remove from heat and add the Country Crock® Original Spread and vanilla extract. Whisk well until fully combined and the mixture reaches ribbon-like consistency.
  8. Pour the chocolate filling over the cooled crust and spread into an even layer.
  9. Put the baking sheet in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours or until firm.
  10. When ready to serve, take the baking sheet from the fridge and cover the top of the chilled pie with large size marshmallows.
  11. Broil for 2 minutes, until golden brown.
  12. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
*To get clean cuts of the sheet pan s’more pie, dip the knife in hot water and wipe between every cut!
