  • 1/4 cup Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle
  • 4 slices Canadian bacon or ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your choice)
  • 4 frozen hash brown patties
  • 4 English muffins
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your blacktop grill to medium heat.
  2. Add Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle to one corner of the heated area. Add the frozen hashbrowns and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  3. While the hashbrowns are cooking, add more Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle to another corner of the heated grill and add the English muffins. Toast until golden brown.
  4. In the third corner of the grill, add another Drizzle of Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle and add the Canadian bacon (or ham) and fry until crisp.
  5. In the last corner of the grill, add Drizzle & Sizzle and fry the eggs until cooked to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove everything from the grill and create a sandwich by starting with the English muffin ,Canadian bacon, hashbrown, a slice of cheese, and top it with the egg and other English muffin.
  7. Serve hot.
