- 8 ounces cellentani pasta or your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Plant Butter with Olive Oil Tub
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese *

Instructions
- Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, melt Country Crock® Plant Butter over medium heat in large saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender, about 4 minutes. Stir in flour and mustard and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in milk and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted; remove from heat. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
*Replace 1/2 cup cheddar cheese with 1/2 cup smoked cheddar or smoked Gouda for a rich and smokey flavor.
