  • 2 cups Country Crock® Plant Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • Optional add-in seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 3 fluid ounces lager style beer
  • 1 bag Violife 100% Dairy-free Just Like Cheddar Shreds
  • soft pretzels, potato chips, or tator tots, for dipping

  1. Bring the Country Crock® Plant Cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and any other seasonings to a boil for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Turn down the heat and whisk in beer and Violife 100% Dairy-free Just Like Cheddar Shreds. Whisk until cheese shreds are completely melted.
  3. Serve with pretzels or potatoes for dipping.
