Instructions

Ghost and Gravestone Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stack tortillas 2-3 at a time and cut out as many shapes as possible. Place the shapes in a single layer on 1-2 large parchment-lined baking sheets.
  2. Brush a thin layer of the melted Country Crock spread on both sides of each cut-out. Sprinkle both sides with salt. Mix all the remaining spices together and sprinkle over top of the chips.
  3. Bake for 13-16 minutes, rotating your pans halfway through, until the edges are lightly golden brown and crisp. Serve alongside graveyard guacamole.
Graveyard Guacamole
  1. Meanwhile prepare the guacamole. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork against the side of the bowl. Mix in the lime juice and salt until it reaches desired texture. Fold in the onion, tomato, and cilantro. Adjust salt to taste. Serve with spooky chips.
