(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a cast iron skillet with parchment paper.
  2. Place biscuits into the pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Using a spatula, brush the Country Crock Cinnamon Honey Spread over each biscuit. Then either dip the biscuit into the cinnamon sugar mixture or sprinkle it over the top.
  5. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke a hole in the center of each biscuit, wiggling the spoon around until the hole is about 1 inch wide. Fill the hole with your preferred jam, about 2 teaspoons each.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with extra Country Crock Cinnamon Honey Spread.
While the Cinnamon Jammy Biscuits will taste delicious no matter the time of day, they make for a particularly sweet breakfast treat. For a well-rounded morning feast, combine these biscuits with our Spinach & Mushroom Scramble.
