Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Our Oatmeal Cookie Bar recipe is sure to become a family favorite because they're so easy to make, they're loaded with good-for-you oats and they're delicious. These bars are reminiscent of an oatmeal cookie but they're softer and chewier because they're baked in a pan, then cut into bars.
