Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a heatproof bowl combine Country Crock, minced garlic, salt, and dried parsley. Microwave on high until melted then stir to combine.
  3. Cut the top of the bread on a diagonal, two ways, to form 1” diamonds. Be careful not to slice all the way through.
  4. Using your fingers, spread apart each slice in the bread and drizzle in some of the melted Country Crock mixture and add some cheese. Reserving about ½ cup cheese to sprinkle half way through baking. Brush or drizzle the surface of the bread with any remaining Country Crock mixture.
  5. Wrap with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5-10 more additional minutes until top of the loaf is golden brown and toasty.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
