Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - about 2 pounds
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Country Crock® Original Spread

Nutritional Guidelines (per serving)

(Nutrition information is calculated using an ingredient database and should be considered an estimate.)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and pound to an even thickness, about 3/4''.
  2. Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons Country Crock to the pan and allow it to melt.
  4. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  5. Flip and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. If the pan looks dry during cooking, add another tablespoon of Country Crock to the pan.
  6. Remove from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Tip:

Do not overcrowd the chicken in the pan. Chicken breasts should not be touching. If they do, use a large pan or cook in batches.
