Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9" x 13” baking dish with Country Crock® Original Spread.
Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil. Add the noodles and boil uncovered for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, make your topping by adding your Country Crock® Original Spread to a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and cook until golden brown, stirring often. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl add 1 tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon and the toasted breadcrumbs. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
For your kugel mixture, add the eggs, cream cheese, milk, apricot nectar, salt, and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth.
Turn off the heat and drain the noodles. Return the noodles to the pot. Add the Country Crock® Original Spread and stir until melted. Add the blended mixture to the noodles and stir until completely combined.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumb and cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake until set, 45 -50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if the top starts to get too dark.
