  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a sheet pan with Country Crock.
  2. To a large bowl add cheese, Country Crock, heavy cream, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt. Using a hand-held mixer, beat together until well combined
  3. Cut the crusts off the white bread, and then cut each slice into 4 squares. Spread the cheese mixture onto half of the bread squares, about 1 tsp per square. Top each half with 1 remaining bread square to form a mini sandwich cube. Spread remaining cheese mixture over the top and sides of the sandwich cubes. Place sandwiches 1 inch apart on the lightly greased sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
you can make these cheesy bites the day before, up to and including step 3 and then refrigerate, or freeze up to 3 weeks. If frozen, pop in the oven straight from the freezer; increase the bake time by 5-10 minutes.
