  • 1 tablespoon Country Crock® Original Spread Original Spread
  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 small tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/3 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil, lightly packed

  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. Grease a large, 10-12 inch skillet with Country Crock® Original Spread. Press down the pizza dough onto the base of the skillet. Spread on the pesto from edge to edge, sprinkle on the mozzarella, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and red onions.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is deep golden brown.
  4. Top with fresh basil and serve immediately.
