Instructions
- Evenly top 4 bread slices with cheese and pepperoni. Top with remaining 4 bread slices. Combine Country Crock® Spread with oregano and evenly spread top sides of sandwiches with 2 tablespoons.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook sandwiches, Spread side down, until golden, about 2 minutes. Evenly spread tops with remaining Spread mixture. Turn and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
- Cut each sandwich into 8 wedges. Serve with pizza sauce.
