Melt the Country Crock® Original Spread in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the peeled garlic cloves and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the garlic has softened.
Preheat the oven to 450°F and place bread on a large baking sheet, cut side up.
Transfer the garlic and Country Crock® mix to a bowl and mash the garlic completely with a fork. Add the parmesan, parsley, and salt, and mix until thoroughly combined.
Spread the Country Crock mix over the cut faces of the prepared bread. Bake for 7-9 minutes, until the topping is starting to brown. Cut and serve warm.
