3/4 cup Country Crock® Original Spread

- 1 head garlic, peeled
- 1 cup (1 1/2 ounces) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 14-ounce loaf Italian bread, French bread, or 2 small baguettes, cut in half lengthwise

Instructions
- Melt the Country Crock® Original Spread in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the peeled garlic cloves and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the garlic has softened.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place bread on a large baking sheet, cut side up.
- Transfer the garlic and Country Crock® mix to a bowl and mash the garlic completely with a fork. Add the parmesan, parsley, and salt, and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Spread the Country Crock mix over the cut faces of the prepared bread. Bake for 7-9 minutes, until the topping is starting to brown. Cut and serve warm.
